How do I turn off Alert email notifications:
You can also turn on and off email notifications for your alerts. You’ll still receive any alert updates in your Alerts feed in the platform.
Can I forward these alerts to others?
You can forward your alert email and the recipient will be able to view the email in full and click citations in the query response to see the underlying document (once logged in with free authentication), but will not be able to see the full query response in Halcyon.
The links in my alerts email are broken
Double check that you are logged in to the same account in which you initially created an alert. You can tell which account you are logged into by looking at the checkmark in the user profile dropdown menu (see image below).
